Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Chromebook Review
Some low-cost Chromebooks are blatantly unappealing, with unappealing appearance and questionable build quality. Not so with the stylish, well-made Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Chromebook ($177.99). This low-cost laptop accomplishes its cheap price by sacrificing in a few practical areas, such as screen quality and memory capacity. Its Intel Celeron processor, 4GB of RAM, and 720p HD display are modest by Windows and Mac standards, but they are enough for the average Chrome OS user, and the IdeaPad 3’s low unit costs appear to have spared Lenovo from needing to cut corners on engineering and production. It feels a lot more robust than the typical $250 laptop.
