Lenovo Legion Y545 Review
Every entry-level gaming laptop strives for maximum value. Lenovo Legion Y545 is a 15.6-inch laptop that starts at $899 and includes an Intel Core i5-9300H CPU and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GPU in this price range. With a Core i7-9750H six-core chip and a GTX 1660 Ti, our review unit delivers great gaming experience at its native 1080p screen resolution, matching or perhaps slightly outperforming the 2019 Acer Predator Helios 300. It also has a longer battery life and is not lacking in quality and design or functionality. It has a few quirks, such as a webcam that keeps looking at your jaw and a strange number-pad layout, but they’re hardly game changers. Overall, Lenovo Legion Y545 is a good enough laptop to consider that can get most of your work and gaming done in this budget price range.
